We are now starting more and more with long term rentals and for that reason we are searching for more available apartments!

The Semla!

Today we had the first "Semla" of the year in the office.

This little precious thing is a swedish tradition and we even have a special day for it.

Every year on the 3rd Tuesday in February it is the "Semla day" but we just couldn´t

wait that long :D

When most people think of Mallorca the most common association is cramped beaches and hords of noisy tourists. But don´t leave it there.
The other side of Mallorca is filled with culture, art, magical beaches and local food markets.
One of our newest addition is a beautiful traditional spanish townhouse in the little town called Felantix.

You have your own terraces, barbeque area, pool and garden.

Finally we´re launched in NYC! Check out our little NYC budget studio for rent, perfect for a vacation in the Big Apple. Need I say awesome location close to Soho, Nolita, Lower East side (LES), China town and all that. Hotel at Times Square, nooo really? Visit new york and stay like a local is the way to explore the city, shop your groceries at Wholefood, I can stroll in there for hours;), get your bottle of wine at one of the many specialty wine shops. Off course you can squeeze in a few tourist adventures but this city needs to be explored more than that. Our City Living New York blog (live like a local) is coming up sooooon!
